The Elite AT43 — Our newest syndication opportunity

Ownaship is excited to announce a brand new syndication option for 2021. The Elite AT43 is an incredible NZ made production launch from Allan Tongs boat builders in collaboration with established designer Bill Upfold.

Ownaship has had the AT43 in our sights since the 2019 launch of Huia, hull #1. It’s a fantastic boat that offers Kiwi’s their first NZ made production launch in the 40ft category. Having been designed with Kiwi boaties in mind this is a boat we know will have wide appeal. Its thoughtful, social layout suits family fishermen and luxury cruisers, with the three cabins comfortably sleeping six adults.

ELITE AT43-RUNNING-SLIDER

The Elite AT43 has already experienced strong sales, with Allan Tongs and co already looking for new premises to increase building capacity. Ownaship has managed to secure hull #4, which will join our syndication fleet in Dec 2021. Interest in this syndicate has already been huge, with existing Ownaship shareholders likely to fill this syndicate and more.

Like our Rayglass 3500 and Maritimo boat shares the Elite AT43 syndicate will be split into 1/6th shares, which gives each owner a generous 57 days out on the water per year. This is a share split which works really well for our bigger syndicates, providing the perfect mix of flexibility and affordability.

Visit the Elite AT43 syndicate page for more information on this exciting new boat share opportunity.
